Helping couples, families, and individuals build stronger connections
I’m Dr. Traci Maynigo — a licensed clinical psychologist, researcher, and educator in couple and family therapy, relationship education, and culturally responsive care.
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel seen, understood, and supported — in therapy, in their relationships, and in their communities. Whether I'm working with a couple navigating conflict, training clinicians to work with diverse families, or leading a workshop for a room full of new parents, my goal is always the same: to help people connect more deeply with the people who matter most to them.
